Hoza is an African word that we take to mean STOP, START or CHANGE!

Our Mission Statement

At HOZA! we create experiences that help participants to better love themselves, others, and our environment.

Our programs rely on Creative Mediation and introduce life-skills that can put a STOP to our negative thinking and behaviours, and help us to START living the CHANGEs that we envision for ourselves and our world…HOZA!

Our theme for 2012 is:  One Voice

Act.
Find your voice.
Use it to speak out about what matters to you.
Create the world you want to live in – word by word.

Throughout history remarkable individuals have refused to be silent, to our benefit they have spoken out – in One Voice – against great injustices.  It is my hope, that HOZA!’s presentations and workshop offerings in 2012 (with a focus on current issues) will empower your students, and all of us in education, to continue to live in a way that respects and enhances our freedom and the freedom of others.
